This capability ensures superior quality retention and extends the product's shelf life significantly.
We employ Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), achieved through vacuum packaging machines or nitrogen gas flushing, to meet the demands of contemporary marketing and distribution processes, which are characterized by extended marketing durations and wider distribution reach.

Oxygen Absorber: Maintain oxygen levels in the packaging consistently below 0.1% from the moment our products leave the factory until they reach consumers’ hands. This effectively prevents the growth of aerobic microorganisms and safeguards against deterioration caused by oxidation reactions and insect infestation.
Ethanol Emitter: Food-grade ethanol is carefully incorporated into bakery packaging. This not only safeguards against microbial growth and cross-contamination on food surfaces but also contributes to preserving the delightful soft texture of our desserts by minimizing starch recovery.
Ethylene Absorber: Eliminating ethylene, a natural plant hormone, can significantly reduce the acceleration of respiration, dehydration, ripening, and wilting in fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers; by implementing post-harvest management techniques that mitigate ethylene exposure, we can effectively extend the shelf life of these perishable goods, reducing both physiological changes and the risk of post-harvest diseases.
High-barrier Packaging is essential for optimizing the effectiveness of various active packaging methods that significantly extend the shelf life of food. This type of packaging should ideally possess low gas permeability properties. Our product offerings include film rolls suitable for use with both form-fill-seal machines and pre-made envelopes, providing versatile options for your packaging needs.
